REimagine record cover

I had a chance to take part in the project of Depositphotos "REimagining record covers". The idea was to reimagine all-time legendary record covers, to show the connection of the past and the present. Young creatives in 2017 had a chance to show their vision. 19 artists from all over the world who work in different styles and techniques have created their variant of the world most famous record covers. All images appeared to be very up to date but at the same time the main ideas of the original covers were saved.

I was working over the cover of brilliant Amy Winehouse. Her music is immortal because of the mix of the styles and her distinctively soulful and jazzy vocals. I have been really excited while working on the cover, all inspiration came from Back to Black album. Not surprising that this album led Winehouse to five Grammy Awards.
